Shipping Destinations and Cost

We ship to supported delivery addresses within the United States. We offer free standard shipping to supported U.S. addresses. Any charge for another available delivery service will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully authorized. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Processing may take longer during holidays, unusually busy periods, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping normally takes 3–7 business days after processing. The total estimated delivery time is approximately 4–10 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, incomplete addresses, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Tracking and Address Changes

We send an order confirmation after checkout. When tracking becomes available, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number or link. Carrier tracking may take time to update.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.

Delayed, Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact CS@cooltoolshow.com. Include your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the package and product.
