Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Return Conditions and How to Request a Return

To request a return, email CS@cooltoolshow.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before mailing an item.

Returned products should be unused and include their original packaging and included accessories. Items damaged through use or handling after delivery may not qualify for a return, except where required by law or where the item arrived defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

For a return not caused by an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If we confirm that an item arrived damaged or defective, or that we sent the wrong item, CoolToolShow will provide return-shipping instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will email you about the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
